The Broken Chain

We little knew that day,
God was going to call your name,
In life we loved you dearly,
In death, we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you,
You did not go alone,
For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.

You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide,
And although we cannot see you,
You are always at our side.

Our family chain is broken,
And nothing seems the same,
But as God call us one by one,
The chain will link again

We are so very sorry to hear of Steve’s passing. Freddie and Steve played pool together, travelled to the league in Saskatoon sometimes and played many a game on our table in the basement. Freddie thought of Steve as a true friend and we will both miss him dearly. Our most sincere condolences to all who loved him. Sheila and Freddie Pelletier

My deepest condolences to family and friends. I remember Steven from high school in Kinistino. I remember his good looks and especially his smile . He seemed so shy. He sat behind me in class and during Biology classes we had to sit next to each other to dissect earthworms and he would have me do the dissecting. He surely will be missed by all who knew him. Prayers to the family and friends.
