Larry was a hard worker, he worked combining for farmers across the USA. When he returned home he was employed by the department of highways. Larry was then employed at the Coop in Weldon, where he worked in the back as a mechanics helper. He also worked at Mighty Moe’s in Birch Hills. Larry moved his family to Prince Albert. They were caretakers at Northcote Manor for years, after that they took care of a few more apartment buildings before moving on to another job. This one was in a saw mill around Little Bear Lake. He was there for a couple years. He spent 2 weeks in and one week out then decided that was enough of that.
He then came back to Prince Albert and moved his family to Kinistino. He started working for his father-in-law for years until Folkie retired. He then went on and worked for his son-in-law and he worked there for a while until going to the RM of Kinistino but sooner than you thought, he was back farming.
Larry finally retired and he loved spending time driving around, coffee row at his house with his buddies, but most of all missed the love of his life, Anita.
Larry is survived by: his daughter Shawna Leonard (Brennan LaRoche); grandchildren: Morgan and Jessica Leonard; brothers-in-law: Allan Danielson, Arnold (Janette) Danielson; sister-in-law Annette Time (Steve Scott) and numerous nieces and nephews.
