My condolences Brita and family. I remember Mr. Liddle from Weyburn Junior High, and then through Weyburn Rotary activities he did with my Dad in later years. I'm sure both your parents enjoyed Melfort and that Melfort and Rotary were better with them as members. It's terrible to lose a parent to dementia or "old age" or the illnesses/injuries that take such a toll on seniors. May your memories keep you warm.

I was sadden to learn of Mr. Liddle's passing. I was a student of his at WJH and I will always remember him with his soft-soled shoes, standing quietly behind a doorway, waiting for the next unsuspecting student who decided to run in the hall. His exceptional personality and his talent to teach had a very positive impact on me. I wish there were more teachers like him, as I believe the world would be a better place. My condolences to the family as you deal with your loss.

Dear Brita and family.
It is with a heavy heart We send this memory to you. Our prayers go out to you as you grieve.
May you find comfort and hope in the same Saviour and Shepherd that Gordon had so much faith in.
Sandra and I were able to visit Gordon in Nirvana and the Melfort hospital .
Gordon’s favourite Scripture was Psalm 23 . We had the privilege of praying that Psalm with him .
One thing he he knew with all his heart was that whatever he went through the Lord would be
With him. In our fourteen years of ministry at St. James we have always had Gordon’s support.
We are truly sorry for your loss, and are thankful and humbled to have had the privilege of being your Dad’s
Pastor and friend.

We are deeply saddened to hear of Gordon's passing. We knew him as a wonderful man. You have our heartfelt sympathy. We traveled with Gordon for a number of years. He was always a good leader and one who could engage in conversation with a complete stranger. He will be missed. We cherish his memory wishing you hope in the midst of sorrow.

Thinking of you with sympathy.

Dear Brita and family,
Gordon was a great friend. My parents 'Chris and Lil Needrum' enjoyed many great moments with your parents and then with your Dad. After my Dad passed away it seemed that your Dad made more calls just to make sure my Mom was doing alright, even though your Dad and Mkm had moved to Melfort and my parents to Medicine Hat
Mom always enjoyed your Dad's letters and phone calls. He will be missed by many.
God has taken another angel home. God Bless.
