Obituary for Gail Anne Kolodinsky (Murk)
Gail Anne Kolodinsky (nee Murk) was born May 7, 1952. She passed away May 3, 2023 at the age of 70 years.
Gail will be remembered by many for her kindness and caring. Coffee was always on for anyone who stopped by and many did. She helped anyone who needed it. You could find her in her huge garden or at her sewing machine patching the never-ending pile of jeans. She babysat her grandkids whom she loved dearly. Family meant everything to her. Gail was a member of Women Alive and loved coffee time and the friends she was close with. When her kids were young, you would see the Suburban heading to swim meets.
Gail was predeceased by her daughter Shelly, parents Karl & Margaret Murk, sisters Jodi and Vicki, brother Brian, in-laws Sylvia and Alec Kolodinsky.
She is survived by her husband John, children; Erin (Greg), Kurtis, Marcie (Blair), and Stacee, grandkids; Cole, Zane, Ryshae, Abi, Caybree, Zander, Alek, Axel, Zoree, and Taurie, sisters; Bonnie, Karla (Pete), special cousin Roberta (Dennis), in-laws; Dennis (Sharon), Mary (Howard), Sue (Wes), Joe (Charlene), her aunt Evelyn, uncle Mike, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Gail requested to be cremated and no funeral service will be held.
