It is with heavy hearts the family announces the sudden passing of Donald Simon on January 3, 2022 at the age of 65 years.

Don was born on April 27, 1956 in Wakaw, SK to Regina and George Simon. His family including his brother and sister lived in the community of Yellow Creek where he attended school and spent his younger years.
As a young adult, Don moved to Melfort, SK where he started his family and his career in the lumber and construction industries. In the early 1990’s, Don and Fran began a new adventure cattle farming near Yellow Creek, SK. In the years that followed, Don continued to expand his herd and knowledge of farming life. He was close with his neighbours and fellow farmers and was always willing to lend a hand.
